i can see the sentiment about wanting to become clean, although i guess it really is preying on the vulnerable, in that case? since people who are thinking sensibly would be able to notice theres no correlation between being literally clean and feeling... internally clean, i suppose. maybe it really doesnt matter if theyre all terrible people anyways??

The essence of a cult *is* to prey upon the vulnerable, is it not? I'm inclined to agree, however. The members here seem to be lacking in morals, and evaded justice one way or another. If this is how they must repent, and giving their lives to a soapy cause is what they feel they must do, then I have no sympathy for them. The fact it's time they're wasting making videos and playing with soap, rather than performing community service is irritating, but one cannot expect sense from those who are both vulnerable *and* weak in morals.

I would claim divinity, and instill work ethic and values into my followers that would guarantee a life of excellence for them. So long as they obeyed me, they would definitely know happiness. This way, it isn't just blatant extortion.
