we're just innocent men

| Astute observation! That seems to be the case, doesn't it? I've never settled for anything less than excellence, so I hope you continue to do the same, mighty emperor.

[ contrary to what riddle may be implying, he does not in fact expect kaiser to venture past his front door on new year's day. look, he's a fellow introvert, he Gets It. that being said, ugh, now he has to decide if he wants to watch the sunrise with kaiser or show kaiser how beautiful he looks all made up in his kimono in person. doing both is too inconvenient.

anyway, just leave the planning to him. all kaiser needs to do is acknowledge his existence and accept his new year's gift so riddle can have his Full New Years Experience. easy, right? ]


While wanting to read more is a noble goal, you should focus on quality, not quantity. If the book you're reading is dry and uninteresting, you won't want to make time to read it. Do not speedread!

Perhaps exploring a new genre will motivate you. What sorts of books have you been reading until now?
