[ wow... next time he'll make riddle look at him! he's not doing that just for fun; without garnering a reaction, what's the point! riddle should be modestly drooling over him, over how lean and stacked floyd happens to be at the same time: the benefit of being an eel merman whose muscles end up being most of his entire body. that the time spent playing basketball, dancing, fighting his brother, squeezing the hell out of unruly guests at the lounge, squeezing and/or losing to azul... the number of things he does that ends up with him having the kind of musculature that is practically perfect is insane! just like him. he has to be a little crazy to be at nrc. that's the hard prerequisite.
but once riddle's in between him, he has no choice but to stare. to gawk. the tingling sensation of his body changing, reverting to its usual form is... different in this particular circumstance. in a way it's like an effortless strip tease. he doesn't have to do anything, no peeling or bending or rippling or tearing. it's just him beginning to show his normal state. the one that he was born with. as he looks down at his bent knees, he realizes that riddle being in between them might be a problem at some point? not quite yet. they haven't started to fuse. but his hands are beginning to show those claws and the webbing in between, and he sticks his lengthening tongue out at riddle in response to his questions. ]
